Boynton Beach's TWO Game-Changing Developments (Here's What's Inside)
From Federal Highway to Hagen Ranch: The New Boynton Boom Is HERE!
The transformation of Boynton Beach’s Federal Highway corridor is here with Ocean One, a game-changing mixed-use development at 114-222 N. Federal Highway completing in 2029. Funded by BBCRA and TIRFA, this project addresses our city’s critical housing needs while creating a vibrant community hub. Ocean One delivers 371 modern rental apartments (studios to two-bedrooms, 551-1,209 sq ft), a 653-space parking garage, pickleball court, pool, and fitness center. With outdoor dining, striking water features, an artistic mural celebrating Boynton’s creative spirit, and a new Palm Tran shelter, this development is sure to become a cornerstone of Boynton’s urban renaissance.
West Boynton’s new 55+ community, Boynton Tropical (named after the former Tropical World Nursery), is located at 7401 Tropical World Way off Hagen Ranch Road, with winter 2026 occupancy. This community offers 210 pet-friendly rental units (one- or two-bedroom with luxury finishes) and 15,000 square feet of amenities including a clubhouse with dining/bar, pool, yoga studio, fitness center, and salon. Conveniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, Green Cay Wetlands, Canyon Branch Library, and the Florida Turnpike, it provides seniors with an ideal independent living destination where everything they need is within reach.
