🥦Boynton's Green Market Returned This Weekend - Here's What You Missed
Sunday, October 19, marked the first green market in Boynton Beach in years
Green markets are common in nearby towns like West Palm Beach, Delray, and Boca, but Boynton Beach has strangely gone without one for years. That changed on Sunday, October 19, with the launch of the new Boynton Green Market, organized by local vendors Michelle and her sister. Held in the parking lot of the Boynton Beach Mall near Dillard’s, the event drew a good crowd of visitors browsing nearly 20 vendor tents.
Shoppers enjoyed fresh fruit, honey, artisan crafts, bread, popcorn, flowers, candy, and delicious Mediterranean food. I met Michelle, who explained that it took 10 months to set up the event, but she and her sister were determined to make it happen. The market will now take place every other Sunday and is a welcome new addition to the community. With talk of the mall’s possible redevelopment, the market’s future location may change. But for now, Boynton finally has its own vibrant green market again. To read the full article we wrote on it, click here. We also made a video, which you can watch here.
