How is Ocean One "on the Atlantic?" It's on Federal Highway, betwixt BBB and Ocean, and just sorta on the west side of the ICW. And how does it have "direct beach access along one of the city’s least congested stretches of shoreline" when it's no way near the beach or the shore.

Federal Hwy between Gateway and Woolbright traffic continues to increase. The two blocks of BBB & Ocean at Federal are ridiculous. What does anyone expect this boondoggle will bring?
Government overreach at its finest. Homeowners seek out homes in HOA's for a reason. Now the government wants to take away that choice. When did we become an authoritarian state? That is not republican.
