This New BBPD Task Force Is Hunting Child Predators Online—And It's Already Working
26 Cases Solved: Inside the team protecting Boynton Beach kids from internet dangers
The Boynton Beach Police Department has established a new task force to address crimes against children. The Human Exploitation Task Force is designed to intercept predators online and to begin intervention before children can be harmed. A recent case from November 2025, that eventually led to an arrest, shined a light on the continual dangers of internet child solicitation. That online predator presence leads to in-person meetings and the eventual harm of children.
Partnering with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the BBPD takes aim at stopping the process before it advances, by intercepting these solicitations before they reach an unsuspecting youth. Saving children and their families the grievous consequences of these crimes is paramount. Local law enforcement is putting our children first by raising awareness and stopping predators before they strike with this new task force. It’s already working and thus far officers have closed 26 cases since its inception began.
Pence Park In East Boynton Is Getting A Modern Makeover
